The construction project progress has been on largely on schedule and every best effort has been made to keep to this, despite some weather delays, due to extreme rainfall and flash flooding.
The “demolition” phase and “groundworks” phase (including foundations) were completed before October half term 2019. The third and final stage “installation” started in the October half term 2019. During October half term the steelworks were done and since then the building is visibly starting to take shape. The building is now water tight and the internal works are being undertaken. This is an exciting time for the School. We are very much looking forward to having and using these wonderful new facilities upon completion, which benefit us all.
We thank all our children, our parents, staff and Governors for their ongoing support during this build. The Reddiford team and community really have come together on this project. The Reddiford Way truly at work!
